This is a memorial marker for the first NCDU graduating class from Ft. Pierce, a unit that saw active service in New Guinea, the Philippines, and Borneo. This and other team markers can be viewed at the UDT-SEAL Museum. (Author’s Collection.)

UDT Number Six completed four successful beach reconnaissance and clearing missions, often under direct Japanese fire, in the central Pacific by 1944. (Author’s Collection.)

On November 9, 1986, this plaque was placed at the UDT-SEAL Museum on north Hutchinson Island, Ft. Pierce, Florida, in memory of all Raiders, frogmen, and their SEAL descendants who gave their lives in the service of their country. (Author’s Collection.)
